|Description||Black and white photograph of 15 Caucasian youths, 8 males and 7 females. Subjects are facing the camera, standing on the porch steps of a building, possibly a school. The double entry doors are directly behind the subjects, and the facade of the building is taking up the entire background of the photograph. There are some ornamental plantings on either side of the steps. The subjects are almost all holding musical instruments: clarinet, trumpet, saxophones, violins. There are also two large drums on the cement in front of the students. The males are all wearing neckties and jackets, the females are all wearing short-sleeved, knee-length dresses.|
