Photograph was taken on July 4, 1919. In the background is a large wooden building, possibly a barn. Closer to the children is a creek or drainage ditch.
Rae is wearing a light colored dress with lace and cutwork deocrations. She is holding a small striped parisol and wearing a white bonnet on her head. Cal is wearing a jacket and short pants and a hat decorated with stars. Photograph location is in Kent, NE corner railroad and SAAR.
